Kellie Pickler meets Clint Eastwood on 'Ellen' and her reaction is priceless
When the wild-spirited Kellie Pickler met her idol, Clint Eastwood, for the first time, her zealous reaction was adored by thousands on the internet.
“American Idol” star Pickler was a guest during a 2010 episode of the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” when the host, Ellen DeGeneres, decided to fulfill the singer’s long-held desire of meeting the Hollywood icon, Eastwood.
The video of the episode was uploaded on the show’s official YouTube channel. It begins with DeGeneres apologizing Pickler for the miscommunication which led the singer to believe that Eastwood was going to be on the show that day.
DeGeneres explained that she understood just how big a fan Pickler was of Eastwood and she would really like her to meet the star one day.

Pickler then seemed to be disheartened and complained to DeGeneres that she always gave her such hope but it never really turned into anything.

Almost as if accepting the challenge, DeGeneres then tells Pickler that she has a little surprise for her.
Eastwood then makes a spectacular entry and walks up behind Pickler, who is almost squealing at this point in time.

She takes the Hollywood icon in a warm embrace and even plants a soft kiss on her lips. She pulls him by the hand and makes him sit on the guest’s couch. Then she goes ahead and sits on his lap. Hilariously, Pickler also covers her wedding ring and jokes, “Let me hide that!”
When DeGeneres further encourages her to ask or say anything she would like to say to Eastwood, Pickler doesn’t waste any more minute.

She tells Eastwood, “I don’t think you realize how much we have in common. We both love animals and Westerns.” She then added, “And my heart is pounding!”
The hilarious encounter between the two artists has been viewed more than 900,000 times so far and has been liked by about 3,000 viewers.
The 32-year-old singer rose to fame with her participation on the fifth season of “American Idol” and has since won the hearts of music lovers all over the world.
